Returns Information

If for any reason you feel your rug is not suitable you can return it to us for a full refund of your original purchase price.  We simply ask that you return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please let us know if possible that you intend to send your order back to us by emailing [email protected]

We ask that when you first open your order that you retain the original packaging in case you need to return any items you feel are not suitable.  Any orders that are returned must be suitably sealed in secure packaging to protect your order from water damage or any damage during transit.  Failure to do this may result in Land of Rugs refusing to accept receipt of clearly damaged goods.  If you return goods to us that have clear signs of use, are dirty or damaged then a refund will not be issued. Land of rugs will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit while being returned. We advise the use of an insured courier service when returning your order.

Land of rugs will not be responsible for any goods that go missing during transit while being returned to us.

Please ensure your return is adequately insured as loss or damage during transit will not be compensated. Please also enclose a note with your name and order number on it, this will assist our processing of the refund more quickly.

Returning Your Item

Please note that when returning goods, you must ensure they are SATISFACTORILY WRAPPED IN WATERPROOF HEAVY DUTY PACKING OR THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PACKAGING AND THAT THEY ARE ADEQUATELY SEALED AGAINST BOTH THE WEATHER AND ANY ROUGH HANDLING INCLUDING DRAGGING DURING TRANSIT. No credit will be issued if goods are returned unwrapped or damaged.

Please enclose a note with your order number on it, this will assist our processing of the refund more quickly.

When the rug has been received and checked a refund will be issued; this may take up to 3 working days to appear on your account.

 You are welcome to use any courier you have in mind, here are some online couriers who will be able to collect your order from your address so it can be returned to us PLEASE specify “deliver to addressee only” to the courier.

Receiving Your Refund

 

Upon receipt of your returned undamaged order and following our inspection of the return goods with our Quality Check Team, we will issue the refund to your account used to purchase your original order.  Please allow up to three working days for this to appear on your account statement. You will also receive an email notification to confirm that the refund has been issued.
